A 5 bed / 3 bath is $220, $310 and $350 respectively. Those are flat prices agreed before we arrive, not hourly estimates that grow at the door. Recurring plans come off those rates: 20% off weekly, 15% biweekly, 12% every three weeks and 10% monthly. Commercial and post-construction jobs get a free site quote.
What is included in a deep clean?
Everything in a standard clean — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathrooms — plus the detail work: baseboards, door frames, light switches, AC and heating vents, ceiling fans, behind and under moveable furniture, and full descaling of showers, glass and fixtures. Inside the refrigerator ($35), inside the oven ($35), inside cabinets ($45) and interior windows ($45) are add-ons rather than part of the base price, so you only pay for what you actually want done.
Will a move-out clean help me get my deposit back?
That is the point of it. The move-out inspection list in Charleston barely changes: inside the oven and refrigerator, cabinet interiors, blinds, baseboards, bathroom scale and floors edge to edge. We work the whole empty home against that list so the final walkthrough goes your way. Summer lease turnover across the peninsula and the college corridor books up fast, so reserve early.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most of our recurring clients are at work when we clean. You can leave a key, a lockbox code or a garage code, and we text you when the cleaner is on the way and again when the job is finished.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes. Every cleaner is background-checked before they set foot in your home, and the business carries insurance. If anything is ever damaged, contact us right away and we will act on it.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Our cleaners arrive fully equipped with all supplies and equipment, and it is included in the price. If you prefer a specific product used on a particular surface, or want one skipped for allergy reasons, leave it out and tell us when you book. For added sanitary protection we do recommend clients make their own mop, bucket and vacuum available where possible, which keeps anything from traveling between homes.
How long does a cleaning take?
A standard clean usually takes two to four hours depending on the size and condition of the home. Deep cleans and move-out cleans take longer because of the detail work. We give you a realistic window when we quote rather than a number that sounds good and then runs over.
What is your cancellation policy?
Schedules change, so you can cancel or reschedule without any penalty as long as you give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancelling inside 48 hours means a late cancellation fee of 50%, because the slot was held for you and the crew was scheduled around it.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
Report any missed areas or concerns within 24 to 48 hours of your cleaning and we will arrange a complimentary touch-up of the affected area. Service concerns can be raised within 7 days of the clean.
Do I have to pay when I book?
No. A valid card is required to secure the booking and it is stored securely, but nothing is charged at the time of booking. You are charged after the cleaning is finished, including any add-ons you approved.
