How many passes does construction dust need?
Usually two or three. Fine drywall dust stays airborne for days and resettles after the first clean, so a single pass leaves a film that shows up the moment sunlight hits it. We build the extra passes into the scope rather than surprising you with them later.
Do you handle debris removal as well as cleaning?
We remove construction dust and light debris as part of the clean. Heavy material, large offcuts and anything needing a dumpster is separate, and we agree that up front so nothing is assumed either way.
