Recurring House Cleaning Across the Charleston Metro

Most of our calendar is biweekly service, which is the right rhythm for a Lowcountry home: often enough to stay ahead of humidity and pollen, without paying for weekly visits. A recurring plan means the same cleaner learns your home, your products and your gate code, and the rate drops by 10% to 20% depending on how often we come. A standard clean runs about two to four hours depending on the size of the house, and we bring every supply and every piece of equipment with us.

West Ashley and James Island

Family neighborhoods on school-year schedules. Biweekly cleans booked around pickup, and marsh-side homes on James Island get extra attention on window sills and bathroom tile, where the damp shows first.

Summerville, Nexton and Cane Bay

Thousands of near-new houses on dual-income schedules. Recurring service here is mostly biweekly, and it is the fastest-growing part of our route.

Goose Creek and the Weapons Station

Navy families who need a cleaner who actually shows up on the day promised. Recurring plans that flex around deployments and duty schedules.

Standard Cleaning questions, answered

How much does house cleaning cost in Charleston, SC?

Standard cleaning starts at $110, which is also our job minimum. A 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is $165, a 4 bed / 2 bath is $185, and a 5 bed / 3 bath is $220. Those are flat prices set before we arrive, not hourly estimates that grow at the door. Recurring plans come off those rates: 20% off weekly, 15% biweekly, 12% every three weeks, 10% monthly.

How often should a Charleston home be cleaned?

Biweekly suits most Lowcountry households. Charleston humidity works on bathrooms, closets and grout faster than it does inland, and spring pollen coats everything for several weeks a year, so monthly visits mean each clean starts further behind. Homes with pets or young kids usually notice the difference weekly service makes.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Most of our recurring clients are at work when we clean. You can leave a key, a lockbox code or a garage code, and we text you when the crew is on the way and again when the clean is finished.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No. Our cleaners arrive fully equipped with all supplies and equipment. If you would rather we use a specific product on a particular surface, leave it out and tell us. For sanitary reasons we do recommend that clients make their own mop, bucket and vacuum available where possible, which keeps anything from traveling between homes.
