Is inside the oven and refrigerator included in a move-out clean?
They are add-ons at $35 each. Most landlords and property managers do inspect both, so most move-out clients add them, but we quote them separately rather than building them into everyone's price.
Can you clean if I have already moved out of state?
Yes. We work from a lockbox or door code regularly, coordinate with realtors and property managers, and send photos when the job is finished so you can see the condition without flying back.
How far ahead should I book a move-out clean?
As soon as you have a move date. Summer is lease-turnover season across the whole metro and the last week of any month is always the tightest, so booking early is what gets you the slot you actually want.
